I Wish You Well

Lately, now that I am (almost) officially a teacher in this province, I have been thinking about all the students I have had the privilege of teaching over the years. My thoughts most often turn to the sixty fifteen- and sixteen year-olds I taught in Warsaw, Poland in 1996-1997.

What has become of them, I wonder... they are on the break of 30 now. They could be lawyers, hairdressers, office workers, doctors, bus drivers, teachers, shop assistants, scientists, politicians or just about anything else ... Many are likely husbands, wives, mothers and fathers.

Wherever they are and whatever they are doing in life, I wish them well!
